Frameless window

Hello all.
I'm newbie in this server. Im Play for 10-12 hours and got it that window mode has corrupted my system graphics fully.
But game doesn't give change window option to "Frameless window".
It can be made in L2.ini, but change it by myself is a bed idea.
Can Admin chenge it and provide fol all?
What I offer:
- Frameless window
UseWindowFrame =False
-Resolution
1920x1040*
(1080-40p of starter menu)
